Full Service Hotels: Click here for the PDS Registration Form Premier Delivery Service is the official BTC hotel/baggage delivery agent. PDS offers four different hotel packages: Platinum, Silver, Copper, and Bronze, available in single or double occupancy, from Saturday night, June 19, 2010 (Gunnison) through Friday night, June 25, 2010 (Center (Alamosa) from the most expensive available hotels in each overnight stay (Platinum or Double Platinum and Platinum Plus + or Double Platinum Plus +) to the less expensive available hotels in each overnight stay (Bronze or Double Bronze). Each of the four packages will accommodate single occupancy (one person) or double occupancy (two people – i.e. Double Platinum (please select the number of beds desired) etc.) and provide baggage delivery service for one or two bags, up to thirty pounds each, per cyclists plus a PDS hotel shuttle service in the afternoon in each town from the each hotel to the outdoor camping area and entertainment and then back to each hotel except in Creede, Chama, and Center.
The delivery service provided by PDS includes THREE different days when there will be shuttle service, some with options to cycle instead of shuttle. The first shuttle service option is for all packages in Creede on DAY 1 where cyclists may choose EITHER to cycle an extra 22 miles to South Fork or take a shuttle with their bicycle to the hotels in South Fork (DAY 1), leaving DAY 2 from South Fork instead of Creede. Bicycles would be transported to South Fork by truck. This is a 22 mile shuttle option. The second shuttle service is for the Platinum package in Chama on DAY 3. Platinum and Platinum Plus + cyclists will leave their bicycle at the school in Chama and shuttle 50 miles to Pagosa Springs and shuttle back to Chama the next day (DAY 4) to cycle from Chama to Pagosa Springs. Bicycles will stay in Chama. The third shuttle service option is for all packages in Center (DAY 6). There are no hotels in Center. Cyclists will cycle to Center, leave their bicycle at the school in Center and then shuttle to Alamosa, a 32 mile trip and then shuttle back to Center the next morning (DAY 7). Bicycles will stay in Center. Some cyclist may choose to cycle the 31 miles on DAY 6 from Del Norte to Alamosa, instead of the 16 miles from Del Norte to Center. This would add an additional 15 miles to DAY 6. Then, on DAY 7, cycle from Alamosa to Center which would be an additional 32 miles added onto DAY 7’s ride. This option increases the cycling miles for DAY 6 and 7 by an additional 47 miles. This would be a challenging option to choose but it is doable and there would be no shuttling. The BTC registration fee or any other BTC fees are not included in the PDS package pricing. Click here for the PDS Registration Form

You can contact hotels directly for accommodations. If you choose this option you must pick up your bag(s) each afternoon at the overnight camping site and transport them to your hotel. In the morning you must take your bag(s) back to the camping site and load them on the baggage truck.
